Melania Trump opens up on her health and diet

Donald and Melania Trump will return to the White House. All indications suggest that the First Lady will split her time between Palm Beach and New York, where she and Donald’s son Barron attend college.

Melania was absent from her husband’s recent presidential campaign, reportedly due to her busy schedule. Melania, the Slovenian-born former model’s memoir, topped the New York Times Bestseller list in October.

The fact that Melania won’t live in the White House full-time in January didn’t assist speculations about their marriage’s durability.

She will be the POTUS’s wife again, which is undoubtedly stressful. Being caught up in her husband’s hurricane requires Melania to take care of herself physically and mentally.

Past and future FLOTUS know this. Apparently, Melania and Donald do not drink alcohol, and Melania has a mental health protection technique.

After the early November election, Melania Trump will return to the White House with Donald. The Trumps left 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in 2020 after breaking convention by not welcoming Joe and Jill Biden. Their second welcome will be decided when the Bidens leave in January.

Melania Trump reportedly disliked returning to the White House. One article said she was done with national politics, but she later said she would return. Melania can now live in the White House with Donald again, but People Magazine sources say it’s ‘unlikely’ that she will reside there full-time.

A Trump family insider said, “If Melania becomes first lady again, of course people expect her to move into the White House and perform appropriate duties,” adding that Melania doesn’t want to move to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

“She will have her private living apartment there, as well as her New York and Palm Beach homes. She will visit all these destinations, the source said.

Mary Jordan, author of The Art of Her Deal: The Untold Story of Melania Trump, told ABC: “She has told people, ‘Look, I’m not the one elected.’ Go to Mar-a-Lago and spend two weeks alone if she wants. But she will be in the White House. She enjoys pomp and circumstance.”

Melania was a rising model with Times Square appearances before meeting Donald. The modeling industry was and is controversial about “beauty ideals,” which often required models to be starved to look their best. Melania likely felt she had to do the same.

In her youth, the future First Lady modeled in nude. Melania Trump denies that her naked modeling profession is inappropriate for a First Lady.

She has often discussed her modeling career, including her nude modeling, and said we should all be proud of our bodies.

“Why am I proud of my nude modeling?” Melania stated in a September social media video. The bigger question is: why has the media scrutinized my fashion picture session celebrating the human form? Are we no longer able to recognize human beauty?

“We should honor our bodies and embrace the timeless tradition of using art as a powerful self-expression,” she said.

Melania Trump diet, food: Why she never drinks
Melania has publicly discussed her modeling profession, but her diet and trimming routine are unknown. Her former roommate Matthew Atanian told GQ that she ate seven pieces of fruit daily.

Melania met future husband Donald at a 1998 NYC event. They married in 2005 after dating. Their relationship has endured, and Melania says meeting Donald impacted her life beyond romance. It reportedly impacted her diet, and one thing she avoided had a devastating backstory.

Melania and Donald stopped drinking after Donald’s older brother Freddy became alcoholic. The older Trump sibling was grounded for drunkenness while flying airplanes. He died of a heart attack at 43 in 1981.

“My biggest tragedy, my greatest teacher — I learned more from him than anybody,” Donald told The Hollywood Reporter in 2016 about his brother. “Freddy was gorgeous, fun, and loved by all. Unfortunately, he drank and smoked four packs a day as much as anyone could. Alcohol destroyed him and I lost him. He chastised me daily on my mess. If I catch you smoking, you’ll regret sipping even a glass of wine since you’ll like it too much.

Donald added: “He knew I was excessive—four packs a day of smoking and an alcoholic drinker. I still don’t drink or smoke. Freddy performed well.”

Melania Trump’s fave breakfast
When they started dating, Melania pledged to live a “healthy lifestyle” with Donald.

We enjoyed baseball, football, and boxing in the evenings. We vowed to live a healthy life, reflected in our abstention from alcohol and tobacco,” Melania wrote in her memoir.

What does Melania Trump consume daily? She told The List in 2012 that she starts the day healthy.

Melania added, “Well, in the morning, every morning, I have a smoothie with a few ingredients and a lot of vitamins in it,” sometimes adding oats.

Food has been posted on social media by her. She shared a smoothie recipe with her followers in 2013 after “many requests.”

Melania said, “Mix all fresh and organic: spinach, celery, carrots, blueberries, apple, orange juice, lemon juice, fat-free yogurt, olive oil, [flax] seeds, omega-3, vitamin D.”

Melania told New York Magazine in 2010 that her favorite meal is Chicken Parmigianino at Jean Georges, which “remains one of Manhattan’s preeminent dining destinations.” To drink? “Diet Coke from the classic glass bottles.”

Melania Trump reveals mental health secrets
The next First Lady isn’t crazy about sweets either. “I don’t always eat one snack. She suggested snacking on fruit or chocolate because your body needs that.

Keeping your body and mind healthy is crucial. Her memoir reveals Melania’s awareness of the importance of mental health. She keeps calm and concentrates on what counts at family dinners and White House challenges.

“Life’s circumstances shape you in many ways, often entirely beyond your control — your birth, parental influences and the world in which you grow up,” Melania writes in her book. “You become solely responsible for your life as an adult. You must lead, accept responsibility, and create your own future.”

The Slovenian stated that her mother, Amalija Knavs, who died earlier this year, taught her that “self-care was essential not only to a person’s well-being, but also to being able to effectively care for others.”

Melania’s mother instilled the idea of self-care in her from an early age, teaching her the significance of dressing well before entering the world.

“How would I know how to care for others if I don’t take care of myself?” Mother told Melania.

“The value of self-care, remains a guiding principle in my life,” said the future First Lady. I’ve learned that true happiness comes from self-awareness and self-acceptance, not material goods.

Melania has always been beautiful, but her transformation is remarkable. Speculation regarding her plastic surgery, botox, and lip fillers has persisted for years. Her former roommate Matthew Atanian told GQ Melania had transformed her appearance.

Atanian stated that once she returned from a two-week trip, she appeared more lavish. She told me it was necessary to get additional lingerie gigs.

Cosmetic surgery rumors for Melania Trump
Did she get cosmetic surgery? Experts agree that she has changed her appearance. This is supposition, and no one knows if she had work done.

“Her face has a stony look from being overfilled and over-botoxed,” Dr. Franklin Rose told The Skincare Edit. Melania’s forehead is smooth like a baby’s rear end, thus she’s had lots of Botox. Her cheeks and nasolabial lines may be filled. Her rhinoplasty is amazing. Her current treatment is a bit too aggressive with injectables.”

Dr. Dev Patel, medical director of Perfect Skin Solutions in Portsmouth, agreed with Rose that she has shown “obvious signs” of botox treatments.

She was telling a personal story, but her upper face wasn’t moving with her words. It was completely still. Her doctor may be using excessive amounts, he noted.

Dr. Dev Patel told the Express about Melania’s cosmetic surgery options. He thought they cost roughly $13,000.

He stated, “I think few people could deny that she is strikingly beautiful in her still shots, but considering the masses now indulge in facial aesthetic treatments, I would be extremely surprised if an ex-model (who has such a spotlight on her) would not do the same.

Melania Trump claims she “didn’t make any changes” to her appearance.
So, the truth? Melania says she’s never had cosmetic surgery. GQ reported that she denied breast augmentation.

“I didn’t make any changes,” Melania stated. Many believe I use all my face operations. I did nothing. Skin and body care are part of my healthy lifestyle. I oppose Botox and injections because they damage your face and nerves. Totally mine. I shall age gracefully like my mom.”
