Besides prompting netizens to swoon over his svelte physique, Adam Lambert has been promoting his Broadway role in “Cabaret.”
Powerhouse performer Adam Lambert, 42, recently left mouths agape after he was spotted out in New York City donning a striking blue suit that accentuated his slim figure. The Hollywood star, who has opened up about his weight loss journey, sparked a wave of online commentary from people who saw photos of his appearance.
Lambert, who dazzled in a chic blazer, formal pants, a long-sleeved blue top, black platform shoes, and stylish sunglasses, headed to the “Today” show to discuss his Broadway run in “Cabaret.”
In addition to online images, the “If I Had You” artist posted a short TikTok clip of his appearance on the show. Lambert’s video, which featured a playful narration explaining the events of his day, displayed him entering the studio, touching up his makeup, speaking with the co-hosts, and autographing one of the walls inside the venue.
Upon seeing the media of the “American Idol” alum, netizens wasted no time in flooding social media comment sections with praise for his appearance. “He looks fabulous. 😍,” swooned a fan, while another gushed, “He’s looking good!”
Compliments continued with comments like, “Adam you look amazing and so happy ❤️🥰,” and “Can we just take a minute to appreciate your beautiful face? We need skin care routines and tutorials please [sic]! Stunning!”
Many also made direct references to Lambert’s weight. “he got thin looking good [sic] 🥰🥰🥰,” commended a fan. Another admirer opined, “Thin, good hair colour [sic]. Look nice.”
However, not all the weight comments were positive, as some asserted their beliefs that the “For Your Entertainment” singer did not lose weight through natural remedies.
“Mounjaro is in the house! Hooray!!!” remarked a facetious Facebooker. Similarly, another netizen echoed, “#ozempic I hardly recognized him!” “Stop the Ozempic man! You’re developing the Skelator face 💀,” urged an Instagrammer.
Earlier this year (2024), Lambert went on Instagram Live, where he divulged details about his weight journey, which included a confession concerning how he lost weight.
“I’m dropping some tea on you guys right now. I’ve been on Mounjaro for the last uhm, I think, what, eight months,” disclosed the musician.
He then went on to reveal that he lost almost 60 lbs, adding, “I feel amazing! I feel — I still eat, but I eat lighter, and I eat less.”
Lambert also shared how his blood sugar level was very close to being the same as someone with Diabetes before he started using weight loss medication.
“My blood sugar was not in a good space, and that’s when this came up with my doctor. We started talking about it […] I went on Wegovy first, and that gave me, like, the worst acid reflux. It was really — that wasn’t good for me. That didn’t feel comfortable,” explained the singer.
However, after switching to Mounjaro, Lambert said that the symptoms he was struggling with went away. Additionally, he clarified that he has experienced no side effects as a result of using Mounjaro, emphasizing that he instead feels “incredible.”
